The Slay the 5K+ is a self-guided coaching program that will take your from walking to running your first 5K in 5-10 weeks or less. If you’re not a runner, it’s fine. This can still refine your technique.

2. Download the STRAVA app.
3. Join the “Slay the 5K” challenge. (If you register, you’ll automatically get an invite.)
3. Sign up for your race. It can be a 5K or longer.
